Added a few notes in the README about texlive packages that are not included in the base installation, at least on Fedora.

The 'make clean' command attempts to clean various intermediate LaTeX files, including all files with extension idx. It happens that idx files are also an internal file extension for Git, and the current command deletes those as well. On my machine any use of the make clean command resulted in a corrupted local Git repository.

This corrected 'make clean' ensures no file from the .git repository is ever deleted.

Some changes in front cover page layout to better fit MathSTIC Word template

Style fix: font styles specific to front/back covers and chapter headings are now applied locally

Font style is now selected for the whole cover pages at once.
Exception: the fond needs to be re-applied locally for titleFr and titleEr (back cover page), because they rely on the \section* command

Default font for the whole document used to be the same as in the front and back covers, i.e. Arial. Now the document's default font remains untouched.
