issue27: linux compilation

I removed some unnecessary files and cmake calls. There are still some left but they require modifications in the src files and thus more time.

I also updated the documentation to add the reference to GLFW and the X11 dependency on unix. Note that the dependency to randr has been removed as it seems we do not use it.
