Fixing test, variable name changed and not passed to the parent scope

The different flavour of MRF core library variable name changed from mrf_libs to mrf_builds. The variable was not passed in the parent scope in libmrf/CMakeLists.txt.

TLDR; This fix the issue where none test were attached to each of the MRF core library builds.
