Update: add Classifier Trainer's parameter "RandomizeKFoldTestData"

Classifier Trainer Box : The parameter used to enable randomizing the K-fold test data is set in openvibe.conf (Plugin_Classification_RandomizeKFoldTestData), with a default value of "false". This parameter could be set from the box's parameter list in the Designer, instead of having to edit openvibe.conf
