Boxes: Fix printing issues with regularized CSP trainer box

- If decomposed matrices were not positively semidefinite,
eigendecomposition can return negative eigenvalues. In this
case computing how much of total variance the selected eigenvalues
cover breaks. This patch treats negative eigenvalues as 0.
