Update: add a threshold parameter to the sign change detector box

The sign change detector box is a specific case of a thrseshold crossing detector where the threshold is 0. We want to generalize this box so that it works with any threshold chosen by the user. The default behaviour of the new box will be the same as the former one (threshold = 0).
