Validate tests

Validate that tests are passing. Notably the validation tests that depend on the Designer.

Note: It would be interesting to create a gitlab-ci file that triggers the CI created in the meta repo. documentation: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/ci/yaml/index.html#triggerproject
