Bug: config file

THe config file in app data (see http://openvibe.inria.fr/the-configuration-manager/) doesn't exist, and the setting in default file dist\x64\Release\share\openvibe\applications\designer\designer.conf is not copied in AppData\Roaming\OpenVIBE-3.3.0\openvibe-designer.conf So to change setting we must change the default file this is neither intuitive nor a desired behavior
