The goal is to add the final functionalities to the library. These yet missing functionalities/features are:

• The ability to work with CustomPolygonal domains extracted from full 3D confocal images.
• Add Hadrien's reorientation models to the library or at least see the feasibility.
• Add Plasticity model to the hyperelastic form.
• Big upgrade pass on the online documentation.
• Write a complete notebook on the Turing model.
