Remove Fortran dependency
Melissa requires a Fortran compiler at build time for the unmodified heat PDE example (i.e., without Melissa calls) in example/heat_example_base and the TELEMAC-2D example. Melissa does not need a Fortran compiler to install the Fortran90 header file for Melissa users.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
