HeatPDE with new IC readjusted for the new Melissa refactorings + Sofi's simulation heat_disk.c + config files.

New HeatPDE with Disc Source ICs updates:

  • New parameters (9-10 values) sampled.
  • User server based on the latest refactoring branch.
  • Default configuration file with new/renamed options.
  • modify_json.py with new options based on the config file. (These are snakemake related)
  • flake.nix with the new hash and remove automatic NCCL installation, but keep the GPU support available.

This nix file can be a base file for rest of the use cases
