Their implementation should however be consistent with hybrid models containing both reaction and influences.

Plusieurs commandes ou implémentations sont à revoir, par exemple check_polynomiality dans models.pl n'a pas sa place comme commande Biocham, mais check_mass_action_law oui (pour reaction kinetics comme pour infuence forces)https://gitlab.inria.fr/lifeware/biocham/-/issues/89Compile on Silicon Macs2023-07-08T14:24:49+02:00SOLIMAN Sylvainsylvain.soliman@inria.frCompile on Silicon Macsswipl-ld fails on Silicon macs (`ld: warning: ignoring file …, building for macOS-x86_64 but attempting to link with file built for macOS-arm64`), hence biocham cannot be compiled on such platform.swipl-ld fails on Silicon macs (`ld: warning: ignoring file …, building for macOS-x86_64 but attempting to link with file built for macOS-arm64`), hence biocham cannot be compiled on such platform.https://gitlab.inria.fr/lifeware/biocham/-/issues/88Adding expansion command to SEPI pattern reduction command2023-05-13T15:05:55+02:00FAGES FrancoisAdding expansion command to SEPI pattern reduction commandThe SEPI pattern reductions should be cleaned up and augmented with a reverse expansion command.

For instance hill5expanded.bc is a manual expansion of the CRN generated by stabilize_expression for Hill5 where the catalytic reactions are expanded into 3 reactions making explicit the intermediary complex
This is important for comparison to MAPK models which do represent intermediary complex.
