Support for OCaml 5.x

ANGELETTI Florian requested to merge fangelet/Zen:OCaml_5.x_support into master

As discussed, this merge request makes the build pass with minimal changes by switching to ocamlfind for handling opam packages. (I have also added a .gitignore file along the way).
