Update PaMPA recipe

Closed CIRROTTOLA Luca requested to merge aerosol/guix-hpc:master into master

Needed in order for AeroSol to take benefit from a memory leak fix in PaMPA. Modifications:

  • Update PaMPA commit.
  • Since PaMPA is compiled with MPI-1 compatibility, also compile its dependencies with it.
