- org upgrade from 9.6 to 9.7 requires ox-latex before ob-latex (looks
  like a bug of org 9.7 but we need to cope with it)
- markdown: standard mode (instead of ts-mode)
- elementaryx: fix slow down observed on slow computers operating on
  large file due to frametitle
