* manifest: New file.

We had to remove the dependency on maphys as it currently
depends on pastix 6.0.3 which does not compile with gcc 10.

guix build alya --with-git-url=alya=$HOME/project/gitlab.com/bsc-alya/projects/alya-maphys/ --with-c-toolchain=openmpi=gcc@10

Regression introduced in d37991a3.

Add (non-free) parmetis. Tested locally (guix build/lint/install works fine) but any review/comment is welcome

This reverts commit adeb43bb, which
introduced syntactically invalid code (missing 'hash' field).

replacing phases

- some lint clean up
- set up wget dependency (towards enabling "make test")
- OMP_NUM_THREADS=1 during check (towards enabling "make test")
- enable all arithmetics
- correctly builds the master branch:
guix environment --pure --ad-hoc qr_mumps --with-git-url=qr_mumps=/my/path/to/git/clone/of/qr_mumps/ --with-branch=qr_mumps=master
