[luxembourg][vianden] Add vianden cluster

Il s'agit d'un cluster mono-noeud, multi-gpu.

Le support du GPU n'étant pas possible sous debian (11 ou 12) à l'heure actuelle, il est rajouté uniquement comme un noeud CPU.

Petite spécificité avec la carte 100G Connectx6 qui est mappé sur eth0 et eth1 avec seulement eth0 branché. On a les ips suivantes:

vianden-1: 172.16.178.1
vianden-1-eth2: 172.16.178.2
vianden-1-eth3: 172.16.178.3

vianden-1-eth1: N/A
