[strasbourg][fleckenstein] Update fleckenstein-[4,9,10] disks
This merge request updates fleckenstein-[4,9,10] disk's layout, since they were dead when the disks have been swapped.
A GitLab upgrade is scheduled for Monday October 20th, 2025 and Tuesday 21th. The service will be unavailable from 9 am to 12.
