[toulouse][montcalm] Update montcalm BIOS and firmwares via HPE SPP

Due to a bug, montcalm-1 could not boot the SPP .iso; its firmware and BIOS haven't been updated yet.

Montcalm-8 has performed succesfully its firmware and BIOS upgragde, however it is still impossible to configure the BIOS boot order even after the upgrade. Hence, g5kchecks could not retrieve montcalm-8's properties and the node will stay dead for a while.

So this merge request adds also some heterogeneity rules, to describe theses issues.
