Draft: [gen] add environments wiki generator

Le résultat peut directement être vu sur https://www.grid5000.fr/w/Generated/Environments

Si on ajoute un env et qu'on oublie de mettre à jour le tableau pour le sort, il ne sera pas rangé et se retrouvera à la fin. je vois pas trop comment faire mieux et ça me semble pas si grave.
