[lille][physical] Change IP adresses according to other sites.

Related to bug 16737.

IP adresses of PVE servers were not following Grid'5000's convention for IP address (and one server had duplicated IP addresses...).

This merge request fix this.

This merge request must be merger after changing the BMC IP address of the related server. This must be done by the local contact of Lille in case a network issue occur for theses servers.
