Minor modifications in CI and notebooks

• Update the README.md to reflect 2022 situation.
• /close #36 (closed) Update copyright year.
• #35 (closed) Rename the Dockerfiles, and make the gitlab-ci.yml file more DRY with the use of (Yaml) template.
• Docker: put myself as maintainer as Vicente no longer works for Inria.
• /close #25 (closed) Rename the Conda environment.
