Remove executed cells from git: we should strive to commit notebooks which kernels have just been cleared.

Move the TPs inside a same directory (thus enabling symbolic links for initial_file.cpp in each directory). Fix issues that appeared in Docker: undefined behaviour at one point and missing cassert header in another.

TP for operators done. override keyword forgotten in object programming solution has been added back.

Modify display in all exercices to be consistent in exercice 21. Also reindex the exercices: keep the same indexes throughout all the lectures.

TP for object programming in progress. Will have to go back and fiddle with outputs from previous exercices.

Refactoring of the TPs related to procedural programming; they have been located directly in a subfolder of the lecture directory.
