Draft: Feature/opacus notebooks

PoC for local differential privacy integration with opacus for pytorch models:

• new notebook (pytorch-opacus-MNIST.ipynb) containing the basic MNIST example with addition of local DP through opacus
• opacus has been added to the environnements (node and researcher).
