All eta quotients with modular polynomials of degree up to 8 in j are
implemented, which are all triple.

* lib/param.c (multieta_compute_parameter): New function choosing the
  optimal multiple eta quotient and correctly determining whether the class
  polynomial is real, in particular in the ramified case.
  (cm_param_init): Call new function.
* lib/class.c (compute_nsystem): Correctly compute the neutral form in the
  case of a multiple eta quotient with an odd number of primes, one of
  which is ramified.
* tests/tcm.c (big_test): Adapt tests.
* data/mf/mf_0030.dat.gz, data/mf/mf_0042.dat.gz, data/mf/mf_0070.dat.gz,
  data/mf/mf_0078.dat.gz, data/mf/mf_0130.dat.gz: New files.
* data/mf/Makefile.am: Register new files for distribution.
* lib/ecpp.c (cm_ecpp): Enable multiple eta quotients.
