Adding hing level distribution frontend. To be enhanced with filtering, submit views etc. Updated dtkCreator accordingly.

Fix display reminiscence by adding call to QGraphicsItem::PrepareGeometryChange() before resizing control node. See Qt documentation about QGraphicsItem for further explanations.

Still enhancing navigation through composite levels. It remains to fix relative positions of each element when entering or leaving composite.
