Fix bug if dtkViewListControl, views were not allways well lay out when vertically or horizontally option was choosen

Add methods name and setName in dtkAbstractView. Add names of dtkAbstractView (with object names) in dtkListView. Link name and title of dtkPlotView

Management of views when the factory is resetted. Add in factory view a remove method. Enable to create an absctract view with a given name (suppose that this given name is not already owned by another view, otherwise return NULL
