Solr db loader standalone mode

• Add DBLoader support for Solr running "standalone" mode (currently only "solrcloud" mode was supported). In "solrcloud" mode, Solr runs "collections", in which a single index is distributed across multiple servers. But we typically need to run Solr locally, and the "standalone" more, which encapsulates a single physical index, is simpler to manage.
