Integrate scripts
I integrated CL scripts (https://gitlab.inria.fr/cedar/connection-lens/-/tree/develop/scripts?ref_type=heads) to have necessary scripts for extraction and PDF scraping (among others)
I am really not sure why it worked without them.
La mise à jour de gitlab est terminée. Nous sommes désormais en version 16.11.1
