Feature: Make it possible to remove a processed version.

Currently it is not possible to remove a processed version of a dataset.

It should be possible to remove a dataset. When a dataset is removed:

It should disappear from the version list in metadata
Elastic search dataset and dataset-version-groups indexes should be removed.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
