jobs failing on files being already present

There's probably something fishy with how the CI system deals with concurrent runs, or something along these lines. Several recent failures in this vein: #3082188 and #3082194, both for 5e7b7361 which was fine in !105 (merged).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
