Implements Asset attribute edition

Vojtisek Didier requested to merge 337-asset-attribute-edition-sirius-support into master
  • added basic dialog when creating attribute value for an Asset (set the attribute type and set a default value (works only for attributes with multiplicity = 1 cf. #346 (closed))
  • added direct edition of the attribute value (with some basic control)
