plantuml diagramIntentProvider to automatically display plantuml view from absreport

plantuml plugin supporta diagramIntentProvider extension point in order to automate the plantuml generation in background so we don't neet to reluy a a file generated by xtend to display a plantuml image

we have several diagram that may be useful for user:

let's start with the absreport (cf. fr.irisa.atsyra.absreport.xtext/src/fr/irisa/atsyra/absreport/generator/ABSReportGenerator.xtend)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
