[Update] The plugin data_brdf_slice support multiple export format now!

Added more debugging output that are in enclosed in #ifdef DEBUG_PARAM

[Update] The data2data soft checks if the configuration in under the
hemisphere and return zero in that case. This is not safe for BSDFs but
ok for BRDFs.

The 'current_vs' variable was actually always zero.  Thus, the 'vs'
array was full of zeros, except for vs[0].
