.zip download is (twice) broken

Same deal as #261 (closed), there is a collision in the urls which prevents using the zip download feature

    url(r'^jobs/(?P<pk>\d+)/download/(?P<filename>(.*))$', views.JobFileDownload.as_view(), name='job_download_file'),
    url(r'^jobs/(?P<pk>\d+)/download/all/$', views.JobFileDownloadAll.as_view(), name='job_download_all'),

Moreover the generated .zip file is always empty.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
