launched plot became create plot and time period has its format in iso in all metrics (previously only per_user). Test updated in consequence.

'launchedplot' modified. The title in now 'jobs created', to better understand the difference with the graph per_user. Also line are now linear, this prevent some strange display where the line could go back to the left and make what look like loop.

Back to use of the minified version of Chartjs and newer version that correct a minor bug in the representation.

I moved method code in the class, seem more clean to me. Also big update in Chartjs options, to make it manage data on a time scale. This allows to fix the X axis on the range dates, so on the 3 displays.

I commented 'week' and 'hour' option, as their utility in not obvious. I moved launched_plot at the top of the display, so we can see launched, then 2 representations of 'updated' jobs. I also updated the list of javascript libraries used.

little code factorisation. min date += 3 years. WARN: from-to dates returned by the API are now in date isoformat YYYY-mm-dd.

add moment.js library. Licence is MIT, the project is available on github. It is needed by Chartjs to manage 'time scale'.

some comments for autodoc (not tested). change default step value, and launched job are the one 'created_at'.

fix #297. ProviderAccessMixin have to be on the most left side (so LoginRequiredMixin still on the most left side).

Alter js chart to match new request. Also correction in data transformation that led to bad output in chart.
