Gitlab ci

  • add a complete analysis: collect warning gcc, clang-sa, cppcheck, rats, gcov coverage and publish on sonarqube
  • make valgrind memcheck optional during ctests tuned with PAMPA_CTEST_MEMCHECK=ON|OFF cmake option
  • add FindSCOTCH and FindPTSCOTCH from solverstack, more robusts
