DLL can crash when adding too many agents in one frame
The UMANS DLL can crash when you add too many agents at the same time from an external application. It does not happen if the agents are part of a scenario file, so only if the agents are added from outside UMANS itself.
This is due to the "agentsData" array (in APIFunctions) not getting resized by the proper amount. It's easy to fix, but I'm making an issue for it so that we can easily find it back later.
