Issue created Mar 30, 2020 by GILLES Sebastien@sgillesOwner

#1514 Check whether new may be replaced by std::make_unique

In managers, I had to create unique pointers with new before mutating them in unique_ptr due to compilation error in both clang and gcc - the issue stemming to the fact the constructor were private and called by their friend.

To my mind the compilers were both wrong; check whether using make_unique is now working with more recent versions of these compilers.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
