#982 Remove a debug function from matrix: to make it fully work in parallel we need GodOfDof directly. Fix the implementation to make it work in parallel.
#979 Add asserts, and modify poro model to adjust the elasticity gradient based matrix depending on the dimension.
#979 Introduce a toy mesh to check poro can work in 3D. It can't at the moment due to the lack of tetra P1b.
#980 Remove release warnings (and lines that were actually unused: some local variables were just there for an assert!).
#965 Remove explicit calls to UpdateGhosts, now handled under the hood by most frequent PetscVector functions and methods.
#913 Previous implementation didn't account for the case in which UpdateGhosts() was useful in a first call but not in the second (admittedly not that likely).
#913 SCons: add a full_debug mode which activates macros such as HAPPY_HEART_CHECK_UPDATE_GHOSTS_CALL_RELEVANCE.
#976 Add the automatic update of ghosts to more Petsc functions and methods (this can be opted out through a dedicated argument, which by default is set to yes).
#965 Bug fixed: a parameter and its underlying vector were built on the wrong mesh. It was invisible in sequential as both meshes match exactly...
#965 Adding some new interpolation matrix, and using them (some used so far were actually approximation that could work only in sequential, as in sequential solid->fluid is basically identity for P1 variables).
#965 InterpolatorHolder: likewise, add the matrix to convert monolithic on fluid to fluidmass on solid.
#965 InterpolatorHolder: add the matrix to convert a fluid mass on solid to a monolithic vector on fluid.
