#672 Simplify the code: local interpolator now yields by construct a square matrix; it's only the global one that might not be squared. I had made the code harder to understand to tackle a chimaera: being able to act on only part of an unknown list. However, to do it properly we can do it with a clever use of finite element spaces and numbering subsets.
