#884 CardiacMechanics renamed in CardiacMechanicsPrestressDisplacementFormulation and CardiacMechanicsPrestressDisplacementVelocityFormulation added.

Code review note (Sebastien): CardiacMechanics models no longer compile due to the changes of path in the main library since this commit was first issued (almost a year ago...).
Gautier fixed this but much later in this branch; we could take several hours fixing that now but it's more time effective to just specify the models compile at the moment.
I'll indicate in the commit message when they are added back to the compilation process.

Also add missing files into XCode project.
