Adding cmake configs for generating Debian / Redhat compatible packages for distribution, enabling the initialization of Damaris either with an XML configuration file, or an XML object containing the configuration, and updated DamarisVar classes by adding/debugging XML model elements for the creation of Damaris configuration programmatically to ease integration with other libraries (PDI for instance)
