Adding support for VDS objects while creating HDF5 files in file-per-core-mode
In the recent version of HDF5 library, i.e. 1.10.3, the creation of VDS files in the collective mode is supported. This means that, while each core writes its own data into its local .h5 file, the cores can write on the same .vds file. This .vds file can help the individual files to seem as a single file while they are located in different files.
